Cardinals ~ at 1:11 - Blog Post 30

Right as I was just about to sit down, my husband said "wow, look at all of these Cardinals!". That caught my attention, because Cardinals for me signify a communication force as my grandmother, coming to let me know that I am either protected, or that soon I will be experiencing a shift, a positive change. As I followed my husbands voice meeting him at our backyard window, there it was, there the birds were, I counted, one, two, three, four, ......eleven, twelve vibrant red Cardinals, and two beautiful powdered Blue Jay birds spread out throughout my backyard. I was even so lucky to see one as close to the window,  and in a glance the beautiful, vibrant red Cardinal pounced away joining the others further out in the yard. 

I take a moment, glance out of the window, allowing my eyes to connect with each energy, movement of the Cardinals, as they flew and flustered together. At some point of me gazing out into my yard, I stop and breathe, close my eyes, inhale, and exhale gratitude. Thanking the birds, my ancestors, my energy, my angels, for allowing me to see and experience the abundance of birds all together gathered so quietly and powerfully in my yard. I open my eyes, and see the birds one last time, before they all flew away. 

This happened about 20 minutes ago, I just looked out the window and there is not one bird in sight. Talk about divine universal communication. 12 Cardinals were in my backyard, two Blue Jay birds. Our backyard was full of ancestor communication. 

The birds came in abundance, right as I just admitted to myself that I am pursuing a three month body balance cleanse for the months of February, March, April. Nothing but goodness entering this mind, body, soul. My wisdom has been guiding me a lot, the most recent voice was "grow in the moment, experience the present". So, I'm moving with the flow of energy letting the flow and wisdom guide me. My body is free and open to all energy forces from within, including my ancestor wisdom. 

Today, seeing the Vibrant Cardinal Birds in a abundance as I did, reminded me that I am protected, and full of abundance. Thanks grandma for coming through, and bringing your other powerful forces along too.

I believe in Magic. Things can happen over night, in a blink of an eye. I enjoy days like this, sitting on my patio, writing my blog in the moment, expressing how I feel.  It feels so good out, the wind is blowing so gently, and the leaves slowly hit the ground with each wave of breeze. Dreams - Blog Post 7

Dreams~ I often find myself waking up remembering my dream from the night before. It's as if I travel to a new dimension while my eyes are closed. One day in undergrad, I asked my philosophy professor, "Mr. Dawson, I keep having these dreams with my grandmother in it, she passed away, and I can always remember her face, as if she was trying to communicate with me, what does that mean?".  His response was this.   I had built a deep connection with my grandmother while her physical was here on this earth, and when she passed, I still had a connection with her soul. So in my dreams when she comes, the higher power or God is trying to get me to pay attention to something or listen up. So the spirit sends my grandmother as an illusion for me to pay attention.  That's deep. Lately I've been having dreams of me living at this house, cabin like, but there's a beach in the backyard. Taking Meaningful Showers ~ Naked Body Love ~ Blog Post 15

 6AM came fast, the sun still down and outside still dark. I took a nice peaceful, and relaxing shower. The morning is quiet and still, I start the water, turning it to the hottest level. I hop in. As I'm taking my morning shower, I turn to the left. My shadow is reflecting off of the shower wall.  Wow. For the first time I acknowledged my shadow in the shower. Not sure if I ever payed attention, but this morning my shadow caught me creeping.  Imagine me facing the shower head, turning to my left and seeing my reflection. My boobs caught my eyes first, my reflection gave me a signal, it signaled ~ 'love  I take a moment to admire my boobs, first at my reflection, then physically looking down at them, I say hello, you two are beautiful. I could see the image print my shadow was reflecting from my side boob. The curve looked so feminine, in that second I acknowledge my shadow boob. I turn to position my body in different angles.
