This is Me~ Blog Post 25

I just want to write, how I honestly feel in this moment. This is me writing in the moment. Writing what I feel.  My head turns towards my open window, I close my eyes, take in the scenery and B R E A T H E, a gentle breath of fresh air.  Thinking... My story started long ago, I believe my grandma groomed me, gave me wisdom, for who I was to become today. I understand, whatever it is, I trust the message, I understand in this moment why I'm surrounded by the energy around me.  [ While writing this my thoughts are flowing, so my hands are typing as I think! I PAUSE, take another deep breath, sit back in my padded off white staple chair, and RELAX, I let the comfort from the chair connect with my back for comfort, I rise up, and begin writing again]. I remember this...  My grandmother and I driving down the street in her silver Cadillac,  I was young in middle school. While we were driving she told me this:: she spoke to me very soft, gentle, and strong like...

Do You Believe In Magic~ Believe in You ~ Blog Post 23

I believe in Magic. Things can happen over night, in a blink of an eye. I enjoy days like this, sitting on my patio, writing my blog in the moment, expressing how I feel.  It feels so good out, the wind is blowing so gently, and the leaves slowly hit the ground with each wave of breeze. I can see the tall plants in my backyard swaying from side to side. It's as if the tall plants swaying are enjoying the fresh natural breeze, and dancing to the sweet majestic sound of Kokoroko, Abusey Junction playing on my speaker.  I look up, close my eyes, and start to feel the rhythm of the beat, Chocolate Power, my labradoodle puppy is laying in the grass, enjoying this breeze too, the wind is moving soft and gentle through his long puppy dog hair, his locs on his head are straight, with a swivel of curls, the wind is catching the pupps hair, it looks like he has a moving mohawk. Smile.  This moment, feels so sweet, so surreal, as if I'm living a dream. My heart feels so full of peac...

Dreams - Blog Post 7

Dreams~ I often find myself waking up remembering my dream from the night before. It's as if I travel to a new dimension while my eyes are closed. One day in undergrad, I asked my philosophy professor, "Mr. Dawson, I keep having these dreams with my grandmother in it, she passed away, and I can always remember her face, as if she was trying to communicate with me, what does that mean?".  His response was this.   I had built a deep connection with my grandmother while her physical was here on this earth, and when she passed, I still had a connection with her soul. So in my dreams when she comes, the higher power or God is trying to get me to pay attention to something or listen up. So the spirit sends my grandmother as an illusion for me to pay attention.  That's deep. Lately I've been having dreams of me living at this house, cabin like, but there's a beach in the backyard. The inside of the house reminds me of a house I grew up in when I was younger. Last nig...

The Art of Living - Blog Post 4

I'm outside on the patio writing this blog post. Chocolate Power our puppy is laying down at my feet enjoying the breeze. My husband and I start talking.... My King spoke Power, he said, "everything you need is within you, and everything you need on this earth, all you have to do is go within and get it, opposed to going out and getting it.. This is how my blog HappilyRooted started... I've always been connected, but recently I took a few days to just sit and connect. I wanted to pull from within, I meditated. I focused my mind on expansion, I wanted to expand  my creativity in a way that came naturally, powerfully, and sparked unexpected passion and interest from within. [With passion comes abundance.]  Somehow someway out of my meditation came a blog. Me creating a blog. One morning, just a few days ago I woke up and just start creating. It was so simple and just flowed.  I found myself sitting and just typing, writing out my thoughts however they flowed. Before I knew ...
