Taking Meaningful Showers ~ Naked Body Love ~ Blog Post 15

6AM came fast, the sun still down and outside still dark. I took a nice peaceful, and relaxing shower. The morning is quiet and still, I start the water, turning it to the hottest level. I hop in. As I'm taking my morning shower, I turn to the left. My shadow is reflecting off of the shower wall.  Wow. For the first time I acknowledged my shadow in the shower. Not sure if I ever payed attention, but this morning my shadow caught me creeping.  Imagine me facing the shower head, turning to my left and seeing my reflection. My boobs caught my eyes first, my reflection gave me a signal, it signaled ~ 'love  I take a moment to admire my boobs, first at my reflection, then physically looking down at them, I say hello, you two are beautiful. I could see the image print my shadow was reflecting from my side boob. The curve looked so feminine, in that second I acknowledge my shadow boob. I turn to position my body in different angles. Admiring the movements, the way my shado...

Chakra Alignment Meditation ~ Inner Connectivity - Blog Post 14

Image
[How I Meditate and Align My Chakras]  I close my eyes, take a deep yet gentle breath in through my nose. I hold it in for a few seconds. Then I release it out through my nose.  I repeat again, breathing in through my nose, and back out through my nose.  My mind starts to focus.    This happens throughout my day. Sometimes I meditate in the shower. Sometimes in a quiet place in my room. I sometimes play Alpha Waves, a binaural beat that raises focus and vibrations.  While my mind is still, and my focus is on my breathing, I start to manifest all the desires of my heart. Things I desire right now in this moment. Whether personal or physical, it's all things my heart desires.  I take a moment to connect myself to those thoughts.  Then slowly start to clear my mind. I bring my focus back to my breathing.  My breathing starts to become more natural. My mind is focused, I start to connect deeper.  I breathe in, and as I'm breathing in I place...

Positive Thinking ~ Blog Post 8

The Power of positive thinking. Thinking positive and delivering positive thoughts and energy is not easy. However, it can be done.   I'm talking about thinking from the heart. I can think of a few situations where all I had to do was think and believe everything was okay [ Positive Thinking]. I'll take a deep breath in my nose, then out my mouth. Once I open my mouth and exhale, that thought of panic or worry is out. You see, I don't want to create in my mind a reality that's not for me. Nor do I want to carry any stress of panic or worry. So once I exhale, I trust and believe all is well and whatever happens was meant to be. I accept it. Everything is already taken care of, nothing happens by coincidence, everything is connected. Live in the moment, don't reflect on past thoughts.  Each day I expect positive energy, positive things to happen, positive thoughts. I cancel out any worries, because when I start to worry, my mind starts to create that reality.  Your he...

Dreams - Blog Post 7

Dreams~ I often find myself waking up remembering my dream from the night before. It's as if I travel to a new dimension while my eyes are closed. One day in undergrad, I asked my philosophy professor, "Mr. Dawson, I keep having these dreams with my grandmother in it, she passed away, and I can always remember her face, as if she was trying to communicate with me, what does that mean?".  His response was this.   I had built a deep connection with my grandmother while her physical was here on this earth, and when she passed, I still had a connection with her soul. So in my dreams when she comes, the higher power or God is trying to get me to pay attention to something or listen up. So the spirit sends my grandmother as an illusion for me to pay attention.  That's deep. Lately I've been having dreams of me living at this house, cabin like, but there's a beach in the backyard. The inside of the house reminds me of a house I grew up in when I was younger. Last nig...
