Morning Balance = Afternoon Flow ~ Blog Post 21

Mornings? ~  Grand Rising ~ there's something so sweet about mornings, the start, the New day, the REFRESH.  No matter what I have intended for my day, [My mornings, I take serious, I take my time].  My mornings are never forced, it's a natural flow that my body created and enjoys ~  My mornings are real chill, no morning alarm. I allow my body to naturally wake up. Balance got me to this point.  I created a Morning Balance, a Morning Flow ~ 

Before, I was waking up chasing my day. Popping up out of bed, and Low on energy by Afternoon. I told my body no more. I told my body this::

  • I need time for me, prior. to giving me
  • I enjoy calm mornings, I enjoy time to myself
  • Balance ~ My time in the mornings will be time for me to take my time~ calm, slow showers ~ not rush, dress up, take time to wash my face, and enjoy that time loving on me 
I wanted to get my day started for myself first, before whatever requires my time and attention. I want to be the start of my day, my time. So, I created the energy I wanted to exist. My body naturally started giving me what I asked for:

My body naturally started rising earlier. I created me time, Self - care. 

Like floating, I move around my room, pamper my body, take time to dress, light an incense, meditate, wash my face ~ all things my body embraces and enjoys before the start of my day begins. 

My showers, I love my showers, I take my time, it's a think tank, I embrace the moving flow of the water as it pours from the shower head, the sound is quite relaxing. Even the thought of just being cleansed, rinsed, the irony of a fresh new day, embracing that feeling of a FRESH restart ~ is what I enjoy most. 

It's funny, now thinking about it, our room has no visual clock. We have our phones, and the clock on the AC unit, that's it. Weren't constantly tracking time. The day just flows~ AND Ironically, when I finish my morning time for me ~ the dog barks or my daughter wakes up. Then, my day officially starts. Flows~ so grateful I took time out for me first. 

 ~ The start of my day is never rushed or forced, it's an enJOYable start ~

I created a natural routine for me ~ a natural movement, a natural flow. If you want it, you can create it. The time you consciously give to yourself prior to giving to anyone or anything else, offers as self-care, expands and naturally boosts your energy level and flow ~ 
Start Your Day,  Get up earlier than your expected time ~ Take time with you, your consciousness will responds and gives you what your body desires. You'll start to create a Morning Flow ~ 

During your morning Flow ~ Allow your mind to be steady. RELAX, and just let it flow. Allow your body to flow, don't add any expectations, don't rush, don't think about what is to come in your day. Just relax your mind ~ and flow. Your body will naturally start to enjoy that time, and your body starts to embrace the flow. The calm start becomes apart of your day ~ your balance. 

Discovering the calm, and moderate flow before your day starts gives you a boost of energy throughout your day. It does! Get up earlier, Stop popping up and going ~ discover the calm first thing. Your Morning Balance ~ becomes your Afternoon Flow. 

Peace and Love my Kings and Queens until next time. rise with intent, spend time with you, before giving any of you. Don't rush, allow time to work with you. Navigate your Flow~
