Manifest:: Trust Your Power ~ Trust Your Flow - Blog Post 20

You manifest things every day, it's mindful thinking. If you want it, you got it. Believe in your power to manifest, MANIFEST IT ALL ~ it's not magic, it's you trusting your intuition, your life journey, your heart, your mind power. 

The power of manifestation, the power of letting go, the power of trusting the journey, that Mindful POWER is real. I've learned to connect with my power.  When I connect my heart to the things I truly desire, all things manifest. I trust the flow, I trust the process, I trust my energy, I manifest my wisdom and guidance. I let go of all expectations~ I know life is not a destination but a journey, each level of my existence is magical, it's another level of self discovery. 

My path is powerful, I embrace it and My journey is uniquely designed. I know it. Everything that I have and seen has been manifested for me, by me. Quick story, on one of many manifestations, ~ Last year around this time I manifested a 3000 square foot commercial  building. No lie, I rode around for a day looking for a commercial building, shit I didn't even know what I was going to put in it. Something within me said go ~ flow, so I went ~ 

I drove around Atlanta looking for commercial space. No luck, but get this, after about a week later a man and his wife came into a Tea Shop I was working at. He asked me "What are you waiting for?", I fumbled on the question, but quickly responded, "A Building", He responded with " I have a building for you", AND just like that, my journey of manifestations continued.  
In 2017 I wrote a plan for a business I had wanted to create. I drew a picture of the building, I got real specific on the details, the visual and the production of service. Get this. The same exact Commercial Building that I drew out, was the Same Exact Building and Layout that I Manifested in 2020, just two years later. 
It's interesting to think, but I look at life as a journey, not a destination. My life path is a constant flow~  I trust my POWER. I go with the flow, doing what feels good. I know that I have Power to manifest all things. It's truly already within me. I'm excited to see this next level of abundance manifest. It's so Powerful and full of all things love, light, and joy. I can feel it ~ The feeling from my heart right now in this moment, is a gut feeling of pure joy.

The next level of My journey has sparked ~ It's flowing. I can feel the flow. There's butterflies in my stomach, feel good flutters, vibrations of happiness. I can literally feel the shift, the next level of my existence, of my journey, of my FLOW is HERE. Something great is happening. My life is getting ready to experience another level of greatness, another level of abundance. [The Wisdom and Knowledge I Manifest] - Erykah Badu. 

I challenge you~  connect your mind to things that naturally bring you the most joy, connect your mind to the things you desire. That's Your Power ~ embrace the feeling, let go, experience and discover the next level of you. Rise up, connect to your Flow. Allow your journey to work, allow your path to FLOW. Connect to what brings you joy from within, and really exhilarate that power. That's your Power to manifest. 

There's another level of you for you to discover, there's ALWAYS another level of you. Discover it.  Enjoy it, Embrace it. Connect with it. You have the MIND POWER to manifest all things your heart desires. Trust Your Power.

I believe in Magic. Things can happen over night, in a blink of an eye. I enjoy days like this, sitting on my patio, writing my blog in the moment, expressing how I feel.  It feels so good out, the wind is blowing so gently, and the leaves slowly hit the ground with each wave of breeze. Dreams - Blog Post 7

Dreams~ I often find myself waking up remembering my dream from the night before. It's as if I travel to a new dimension while my eyes are closed. One day in undergrad, I asked my philosophy professor, "Mr. Dawson, I keep having these dreams with my grandmother in it, she passed away, and I can always remember her face, as if she was trying to communicate with me, what does that mean?".  His response was this.   I had built a deep connection with my grandmother while her physical was here on this earth, and when she passed, I still had a connection with her soul. So in my dreams when she comes, the higher power or God is trying to get me to pay attention to something or listen up. So the spirit sends my grandmother as an illusion for me to pay attention.  That's deep. Lately I've been having dreams of me living at this house, cabin like, but there's a beach in the backyard. Taking Meaningful Showers ~ Naked Body Love ~ Blog Post 15

 6AM came fast, the sun still down and outside still dark. I took a nice peaceful, and relaxing shower. The morning is quiet and still, I start the water, turning it to the hottest level. I hop in. As I'm taking my morning shower, I turn to the left. My shadow is reflecting off of the shower wall.  Wow. For the first time I acknowledged my shadow in the shower. Not sure if I ever payed attention, but this morning my shadow caught me creeping.  Imagine me facing the shower head, turning to my left and seeing my reflection. My boobs caught my eyes first, my reflection gave me a signal, it signaled ~ 'love  I take a moment to admire my boobs, first at my reflection, then physically looking down at them, I say hello, you two are beautiful.
